What are your delivery times ?
The processing of your order, the management of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require from our team a delivery time between 10 and 20 working days maximum. Some products are delivered more quickly and have additional information on the product sheet. I want to return the package, what should I do ?
We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven defect of the product. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to email@example.com with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The product is too small, is an exchange possible ?
Our team has taken care to measure each item and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the products that are too small / large.
